Brent Devere has handled a wide range of litigation over his career, including personal injury (premises liability and automobile crashes), real estate law, consumer law, commercial law, and bankruptcy litigation. His practice concentrates on challenging cases with complex liability.

In personal injury, he regularly represents victims in both mainstream and unusual matters — automobile crashes, premises liability, and dram shop/liquor liability cases, as well as civil assaults, accidental shootings, needle-stick injuries, and other uncommon accidents.

In consumer litigation, he represents consumers in lawsuits against collection agencies and credit reporting agencies to restore damaged credit. In real estate, he has considerable experience across title and boundary disputes, consumer fraud, and contracts for deed and lease options. He also serves as a receiver in complex commercial debt-collection matters, assisting creditors and consumer victims of fraud — with a firm policy of not representing creditors against mainstream consumers.
